01 / You make the introduction

A real introduction, not a list

  • Tell us who they are, what they run, and why SeatCue fits. An email to us with them copied in is perfect.
  • Only introduce people who know it's coming. We won't cold-contact anyone you send.
  • Use the form below, or just email us. Either counts.

"Ana runs about ten events a year with a team of two. Worth a look."

02 / We take it from there

You don't have to sell

  • We run the demo on one of their real events, answer the technical questions and handle the paperwork.
  • You're welcome to join the call. Plenty of partners do, and it helps.
  • We tell you what happened either way, including when it's a no.

Day one, month one, and every month after

  • From day one: a free Host workspace for your own events, worth €290 a month, for as long as you have a customer with us.
  • When your first introduction signs: €150, once, on their first paid invoice.
  • Every month after that: 20% of what they pay, for as long as they stay. Not a first-year bonus that quietly expires.
  • Paid quarterly against your invoice, once the customer has paid us. If they upgrade, your share grows with them.

Who this suits

You don't need to be an agency

Event agencies

Refer the clients who want to keep the work in-house, and run your own events on the free workspace.

Marketing agencies

Your clients ask you for event campaigns. Hand them the tool, keep the strategy.

Freelancers and consultants

You advise marketing teams. This is one more useful thing to point at.

Anyone with the right contacts

No company and no fee required. One good introduction starts the €150 and the monthly share.

Tell us who you'd introduce.

We reply within one working day. There's no approval committee: if the fit is obvious, we set you up the same week.

Prefer to just email? Write to frontrow@seatcue.ai with "partner" in the subject.

Before you ask

Questions

Who can be a partner?

Agencies, freelancers, consultants, vendors and individuals. There's no minimum size and no fee. If you know people who run B2B events, that's enough.

How is a referral tracked?

We record the introduction when it arrives and confirm it back to you in writing, with the company name and the date. If that company signs within six months, it's yours. No cookies, no dashboard, just a written record you can check.

When am I paid?

Quarterly, against an invoice you send us, once the customer has paid. If they stop paying, the share stops; if they upgrade, it grows. The €150 is paid the same way, on the first quarterly run after their first invoice clears.

How does the free workspace work?

Once your first introduction becomes a paying customer, we open a Host plan for you at no charge and keep it open for as long as you have at least one customer with us. It's the full plan, for your own events or your clients' events. Business plans include five brand kits if you run several brands; ask and we'll price the difference.

When do I get the €150?

On your first referred customer's first paid invoice, once per partner. It's there so something lands early, rather than everything waiting on a quarterly cycle.

What do you expect from me?

Honest introductions to people who might actually benefit. Please don't add us to bulk email lists, and please have permission before you share someone's contact details with us.
