Yes. A sales campaign works the same way as an event, without a date: describe what you sell and who buys it, and SeatCue writes the LinkedIn posts, the email sequence, the WhatsApp messages, the personal LinkedIn messages and a phone script, all in your brand.

You can also upload the clients you already have, keep them on one board with your own stages and columns, and have SeatCue find companies that match the brief. Campaigns don't count against your event allowance.

Paid plans start with a demo. We show SeatCue on one of your events, agree the plan and term, sign a short agreement, then set up your workspace and brand kit. We invoice in advance, monthly or yearly, and you pay by bank transfer. Prices exclude VAT.

Card subscriptions are coming later. Until then there is no card payment and no automatic charge. The Free plan needs none of this: sign up and use SeatCue on one event.

SeatCue is a planning workspace for B2B marketing and sales teams. You describe an event once, and it drafts what the event needs around that brief: ideas and an agenda, a task plan with deadlines, venue and supplier shortlists, a campaign and visuals in your brand, an event page, your sales team's prep and a results report.

Your team reviews and edits everything before it's used.

Only if you want to. SeatCue can collect registrations itself: publish a form in your brand, share the link, and everyone who signs up lands in your guest list with four stages to work through, from registered to arrived.

What it doesn't do is sell tickets or take payments. If your event is paid, keep the platform that handles the money and link it in the brief; SeatCue puts that link into the campaign and the event page.

AI chat writes one thing at a time and starts from zero in every conversation. SeatCue keeps the whole event, your brand kit and every deadline together, writes the campaign as one set so posts don't repeat or contradict each other, and shows what needs updating when the brief changes.

Yes. SeatCue learns your colors, fonts and tone of voice from your website, screenshots or brandbook, plus words to use and avoid. Business plans include up to five brand kits for different products or regions.

Yes. Paste the event website and SeatCue checks the fit against your audience and budget before you sign. It then drafts session proposals and booth concepts, finds stand builders, prepares the sponsor list and preps your sales team.

Not automatically. SeatCue writes the posts and emails, gives you a posting calendar, and opens emails as drafts in Gmail or Outlook so you send them from your own account.

Workspaces are stored on Google Cloud in the EU, in Belgium. The AI runs on Claude through Anthropic's commercial API. By default, Anthropic doesn't use API inputs or outputs to train its models. See the privacy policy for details.

Yes. You can stop at the end of your billing period, and you keep access until then. Your data stays yours: export what you've created, or delete your workspace data from your account.
