How quickly do you reply?
Within one working day, usually the same day. We're on Central European Time.
What happens after I write?
We reply with a time for a 30-minute call. On it, we plan one of your real events in SeatCue rather than showing a demo account, so you can judge it on your own material.
Do I need to talk to anyone to try it?
No. The Free plan covers one event with no card and no call: sign up and start. The call is for paid plans, which we set up for you.
Can you sign an NDA or a data processing agreement?
Yes to both. Mention it when you write and we'll send ours, or work from yours.
