# SeatCue > SeatCue is an AI planning workspace for B2B marketing and sales teams. You describe an event once > and it drafts the task plan, the campaign in your brand, the event page, the registration form, > your sales team's prep and the results report. Built and run from Sofia, Bulgaria, with workspaces > stored in the EU. Free on your first event. SeatCue is made by Inverted Digital Ltd in Sofia, Bulgaria. Contact: frontrow@seatcue.ai, +359 88 351 7300. ## What it does Two kinds of work live in one workspace: events, and sales campaigns for a product or service. ### Events - Task plan with owners, budget lines and deadlines counted back from the event date. A webinar gets a different plan from a workshop: platform, rehearsal and recording instead of venue, catering and swag. - Campaign written as one set: announcement posts, invitation emails, speaker spotlights, reminders and follow-up, in up to 12 languages. - Brand kit learned once from a website, a brandbook, a deck or screenshots: colours, fonts, tone of voice, words to use and avoid. - Event page in the customer's brand, linking their own registration or SeatCue's built-in form. - Registration forms with custom questions and consent capture, feeding a guest list with four stages: registered, approved, arrived, did not arrive. - Sales preparation: who is coming, talking points per account, outreach and follow-up opened as Gmail or Outlook drafts. - Results report for leadership and a separate report for each sponsor. - For sponsored events: a fit check scored from the conference website before signing, session and booth proposals, stand builders and exhibitor lists. ### Sales campaigns - A campaign brief describes what you sell, who buys it, the problem, the proof, the goal and how long the push runs. No date needed. - Six suggested angles; the chosen one shapes everything written afterwards. - LinkedIn posts for the company page and for a rep's own profile, a three-email sequence, WhatsApp messages, personal LinkedIn messages, a phone call script and a one-page summary. - A branded email template that pastes into Gmail or Outlook with the formatting intact. - One client list for the whole workspace, uploaded from CSV, split into segments, with custom columns, stages, and per-campaign selections. - Per person: company research and three messages written differently depending on whether they are already a client. - Prospect research: companies matching the brief, with a fit score, the reason, a recent signal and who to approach. - Reply links: a one-tap "count me in" link the rep puts in their own email, which moves the person along the board. - Campaigns do not count against the plan's event allowance. ## What it does not do - It does not sell tickets or take payments. - It does not send emails or post on social media on the customer's behalf; everything opens as a draft. - It does not look for or invent personal contact details; company research is company-level only. - It does not replace human judgement. Every output is a draft to edit. ## Who it is for In-house marketing and sales teams at B2B companies, typically one to five people, who run workshops, roundtables, webinars, customer days and partner roadshows, and who sponsor or exhibit at conferences. ## Pages - [Home](https://seatcue.ai/): What SeatCue is and what it drafts from one brief. - [What it does](https://seatcue.ai/product/): Every stage in order, from the task plan to the results report. - [Sponsored events](https://seatcue.ai/sponsored-events/): Fit checks, session proposals, booth concepts and exhibitor lists for teams that sponsor or exhibit. - [Partners](https://seatcue.ai/partners/): Referral programme: a free workspace, a EUR 150 signing bonus and 20% recurring. - [About](https://seatcue.ai/about/): Who builds SeatCue and why. - [Contact](https://seatcue.ai/contact/): Email, phone and a message form. A four-week invitation plan for a sales team. - [What actually happens to your event brief](https://seatcue.ai/blog/what-happens-to-your-event-brief/): A walk through every stage SeatCue runs after you describe an event once: the task plan, the campaign, the event page, sales prep and the results report. - [How SeatCue learns your brand](https://seatcue.ai/blog/how-seatcue-learns-your-brand/): Three ways to teach SeatCue your brand: your website, a document such as a deck or brandbook, or screenshots. What it picks up, and how to get the sharpest result. - [Before you sign a conference sponsorship](https://seatcue.ai/blog/before-you-sign-a-conference-sponsorship/): Most sponsorship decisions rest on a PDF and a gut feeling. Nine questions worth answering first, and how the fit check answers them from the event's site. - [What SeatCue doesn't do](https://seatcue.ai/blog/what-seatcue-does-not-do/): SeatCue doesn't sell tickets, take payments, send email for you or collect personal contacts. Why each gap is deliberate, and what it means in practice. ## Plans - Free: one event, no card, no call. - Sponsor, EUR 190 a month billed yearly: for teams exhibiting at other people's events. - Host, EUR 290 a month billed yearly: for teams running their own events. - Business, EUR 590 a month billed yearly: unlimited events, ten seats, five brand kits. - Enterprise from EUR 1,500 a month.
